Tale of CloudCliff
Introduction：
This game is an interactive visual novel featuring a detailed branching narrative. It narrates an urban legend set in Ling Village, located on the outskirts of Yunyan, a fictional and imaginary city. All elements of the game, including text and art assets, are original. The art assets, including scenes and character portraits, were created in collaboration with METALPIE, a Chinese independent game art designer.
The main gameplay of this game is text adventure and a few mouse-click puzzles.
How to play：
Click on dialogue boxes or use the space bar to continue conversations or quickly display text.
Click on option boxes to make choices.
Click on items in the scene to collect clue information.
The game does not have a save feature, so choose your game branches wisely.
Can you solve the decade-old mystery of a young girl's drowning? And find the missing boy? Battle the "Damp Malice" and uncover the truth. This story is adapted from real events, and the game's plot is based on the essay "The Beautiful Legends of Huainan" by Yang Jiao, written in 2017.
